Individual therapy

Initial diagnosis allows to choose the rehabilitation that is most suitable to patient’s history and type of condition that needs to be treated. Each patient is than being carefully introduced to the proposed treatment and consulted on possible outcomes and complications. After the course of rehabilitation is finished another examination takes place to confirm that the treatment had worked and improved patients wellbeing.

This can be caused by jerking movements, accidents, falls, fractures, sprains, dislocations, and direct blows to the muscle.Other causes of pain include postural strain, repetitive movements, overuse, and prolonged immobilization. Changes in posture or poor body mechanics may bring about spinal alignment problems and muscle shortening, therefore causing other muscles to be misused and become painful.I use Kinetic Control Movement Therapy Method. The comprehensive process includes assessment, diagnosis, classification and retraining of uncontrolled movement in relation to pain, dysfunction, recurrence of pain and function.

I offer therapeutic care before and during pregnancy, preparing the patient for childbirth, physiotherapy after childbirth, including normal birth or cesarean section. It causes short bursts of intense dizziness when the body or head is placed in certain positions such as lying on one side in bed or looking upwards. People can feel sick and are sometimes unsteady for a few hours after the dizziness has gone away.

60 minutes and over- £60Deep tissue massage uses similar techniques like in Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. This is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia.
It is also a more focused type of massage, as I work to release chronic muscle tension or knots.
Additional to this treatment I use trigger point techniques, which direct pressure is applied to specified points on tender muscle tissue to bring reduction in muscle tension and pain relief.
